The Payment Details page displays specific information about a single payment. To display details about a specific payment, click the arrow in the Details column on any pane of the Home page.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer associated with the payment. |
Payment Status |
The current status of the payment: Open, Closed, Missed, or Withdrawn. |
Days left to process |
The number of days remaining to process the payment. A warning indicator identifies any accounts that will reach their end date within the next 7 days. |
End Date |
The latest date when transactions can be processed against the account. |
Payment Remainder |
The amount of the Payment Total that has not yet been used. Note that any credits applied to the single-use account will not be reflected in the remainder. |
Payment Total |
The total amount authorized for the payment (in US dollars). |
Account Information |
The account number, security code (CVV), expiration date, and billing zip code associated with the single-use account. An indicator is also shown if the account allows only a single authorization. |
Payment ID |
The unique identifier assigned to the payment. |
Payment Date |
The date when the single-use account was activated. |
Settlement Process |
The method used to settle the account, either Automated Settlement or Manual Settlement. |
You can also view specific information related to a payment, such as transactions or authorizations and declines, by clicking the plus sign (+) to expand the contents of each section; click the minus sign (-) to collapse a section (note that some sections may not apply to a given payment). Click the Home link to return to the Home page.
