You can disable an active user's profile to prevent the user from logging in to SUA Connection. You can also re-enable a user profile that has been disabled.
To disable a user profile:
On the User Management page, click the arrow in the Details column for an active user profile.
On the User Profile page, click the Disable User button.
When the confirmation message is displayed, click Yes, Disable to disable the user profile.
To enable a user profile:
On the User Management page, click the arrow in the Details column for a user profile that is disabled.
On the User Profile page, click the Enable User button.
When the confirmation message is displayed, click Yes, Enable to enable the user profile.
