The Company Profile page shows the information that has been entered to describe your organization.
To view this page, select Company Profile from the Admin menu in the upper right-hand corner of the application window.
From this page, you can view and edit:
General Information — Basic information about your company address.
Remittance Address — The company address that you provide to your customers.
Primary Contact — The name, phone number, and email address for the person at your company who is designated as the primary contact for your customers. This information is also visible to your customers.
Payment Notifications — The email addresses to which payment notifications will be sent. The primary address must be specified; you can also supply as many as four additional addresses that will also receive notifications.
You can also view (but not edit) information about the company's Settlement Preferences. For more information about automated settlement, contact Supplier Support Services.
