Forgot Your Password - Answer Security Questions

Now that you have verified your identity and provided an access code, you must answer two security questions by entering the responses that are saved with your account.

If you have trouble with the security question responses, contact your supplier administrator for assistance.

After you answer your security questions, you will change your password.

To answer security questions:

Select at least two of the available security questions.
Enter your responses in the text boxes that display. You must enter the responses exactly as they are saved to your profile, including any spaces. Answers are not case-sensitive.
Click the Next button.

The Forgot Your Password - Change Password screen displays.
