First Time User Help

The first time you log in to SUA Connection, you will enter the login credentials sent to you through email or provided by your supplier administrator and complete a series of steps:

• Create a password

• Confirm your email address

• Answer security questions

• Register your computer

• Complete the first-time setup

If you do not have your login credentials, contact your supplier administrator.

Note: Your initial temporary password is only valid for a limited time. If it has expired, contact your supplier administrator to have your password reset.

To log in for the first time:

1. Complete these fields on the Log In screen:

User ID

Enter your User ID. The User ID is the same as your email address.

Password

Enter your temporary password, which is case-sensitive. Your initial password is assigned by J.P. Morgan and may only be used once. You will create a new password on the next screen.

2. Click the Log In button.
