To log in for the first time, you will either enter the login credentials sent to you through email or provided by your program administrator, or you will use the online account registration process. This topic explains how to log in using the user credentials provided to you. For instructions on using the online account registration process, see Online Account Registration — Verify Identity.
Before you log in for the first time, you will receive an organization ID, a user ID, and a temporary password. This information might be sent to you via email or provided by your program administrator. If you do not have this information, contact your program administrator.
Your initial temporary password is only valid for a limited time; by system default, it expires after 90 days. If your initial temporary password has expired, contact your program administrator to have it reset.
On the Log In screen, enter your organization ID, user ID, and temporary password. After you enter this information, you will create a new password.
If you have questions about any screen, click the Help with this page link for instructions relevant to what you're doing.
To log in for the first time:
Complete these fields on the Log In screen:
Organization ID
Enter your organization ID (e.g., us12345). The organization ID is assigned by J.P. Morgan and is unique to your organization.
User ID
Enter your user ID. The user ID is assigned by your program administrator and uniquely identifies you within your organization.
Password
Enter your case-sensitive temporary password. The password is a security feature that prevents unauthorized access to your account. Your initial password is assigned by J.P. Morgan and may only be used once. You will create a new password on the next screen.
Select the Remember my Organization ID check box.
The site saves your organization ID so you do not have to enter it each time you log in.
Note: If you log in from a public computer, J.P. Morgan discourages selecting this check box.
Click the Log In button.
